CANCELLATION POLICY
To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 35% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate every client. To ensure each client receives an exceptional, uninterrupted experience, appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. A 30-minute grace period is extended from the start of your scheduled appointment. If you have not arrived or made contact within this timeframe, the appointment will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments are charged 100% of the scheduled service amount. This policy allows us to honor our time and provide the highest level of service to all clients.
